A well-regarded national law firm is looking to add a junior to mid-level Commercial Litigation Associate to its Dallas office.
This is a great opportunity for an associate who wants to build strong litigation skills while working on meaningful complex business disputes in a collaborative and supportive environment.
What Youll Work On
- Handling a range of commercial litigation matters
- Drafting motions pleadings and discovery
- Assisting with depositions hearings and case strategy
- Working closely with partners on active litigation matters
Who This Could Be a Fit For
- 24 years of commercial litigation experience
- Strong writing and analytical skills
- Experience with motion practice and/or discovery
- Looking for hands-on experience and more responsibility
