We are looking for a dynamic motivated Physical Therapist to join our practice full time in Chicago IL 60647. Join our team of passionate therapists and providers as we help restore functionality mobility and our patients quality of life. We are looking for a Physical Therapist who has experience working with active adults ages 30-60 fantastic ability to connect with patients and is willing to work alongside a multidisciplinary team to help others.

Qualifications:

Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program
Physical Therapist license in IL

Schedule:

Full time 4 days / week

Salary (range):

100k per year (DOE)
