Whatare we looking to add to our team

As a Senior Platform Engineer you will design and evolve core platform capabilities that power multiple product teams. Your work will focus on building scalable secure and reliable systems that abstract complexity improve developer productivity and support rapid business growth.

You will own critical shared infrastructure used by multiple engineering teams ensuring systems handle hundreds of millions of data points with subsecond latency and high fault tolerance.

Your work will involve creating data pipelines core search infrastructure and API development

We are looking for candidates who share a passion for tackling large scale challenges and building platforms that can scale through multiple orders of magnitude.

What you will be doing:

• Design and own core platform servicesdata pipelines andshared frameworks and APIs used across multiple product teams

• Build scalable low-latency infrastructure with strong reliability and observability guarantees

• Enable product teams through self-service tooling abstractions and clear documentation

• Lead platform architecture decisions with long-term system health in mind(build vs buy abstraction layers)

• Owning SLIs/SLOs observability and incident response

• Participate directly in on-call incident reviews and resilience planning

• Providing technical leadershipcoachingand mentoring

• Taking ownership of a feature area and delivering consistent improvements

• Driving features end-to-end from ideation to delivery working closely with other Engineers and Product Managers

You will be agreatmatch if you have:

• Belief in Kindness Gratitude and Curiosity!

• At least 6-8 years of software engineering experience focused on building robust services in cloud environments

• Experience in designing and implementing robust frameworks that empower diverse product features and functionalities

• Experience working in object-oriented programming languages such as C# or Java

• Software Engineering experience across multiple complete software development lifecycles

• Experience building cloud base production infrastructure with Azure Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

• Experience leading large scale technically complex projects withnumerousstakeholders
