Danish-Speaking Content Moderator
Location: Thessaloniki Greece (On-site)
Project: Digital Music & Podcast Content
Your Role
- Content Review: Monitor and review user-generated content (podcasts playlists and profiles) in Danish to ensure it meets community guidelines and safety standards.
- Policy Enforcement: Identify and take action on content that violates terms such as hate speech copyright infringement or sensitive material.
- Accuracy: Maintain high levels of attention to detail to ensure the platform remains a safe environment for all users.
- Reporting: Document and report recurring trends or sophisticated violations to the safety team.
Requirements
- Language: Native or near-native Danish (C2) and fluent English (B2).
- Experience: No prior experience in moderation is required but an interest in music podcasts and digital trends is a major plus.
- Resilience: Ability to handle potentially sensitive or graphic content with professional objectivity.
- Skills: Strong analytical thinking and the ability to make quick informed decisions based on complex guidelines.
