Strategic Onboarding: Serve as a consultant to set up results-driven campaigns designed for immediate impact and long-term sustainability.
Client Engagement: Handle outbound customer calls to promote services detect objectives and offer adapted solutions.
Growth & Upselling: Responsible for increasing account spend and implementing campaign upselling strategies.
Database Management: Maintain and update a comprehensive customer database with high-volume daily outreach.

What You Bring to the Team
Education: BA/BS degree (Marketing/Communications preferred) or equivalent work experience.
Language Skills:C2 level proficiency in both German and English is essential.
Experience: 1 year in sales or marketing with a proven track record in high-stakes client-facing environments.
German Market Expertise: A deep understanding of German business etiquette cultural nuances and regional digital marketing ecosystems.
