Shift: 9:00 AM 9:30 PM (Shift-based)

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate end-to-end support
Communicate clearly with customers in Mandarin and Cantonese
Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism
Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality standards are met
Work closely with internal teams to support operations

Requirements:

Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese (spoken)
