About the Role:

A leading private eye care practice in Temple TX seeks a skilled and compassionate Optometrist to join its friendly team. This opportunity offers a generous sign-on bonus relocation support and a collaborative clinical environment using advanced diagnostic technology. New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive eye exams for patients of all ages
• Diagnose and manage ocular diseases and visual disorders
• Educate patients on ocular health and preventive care
• Recommend and fit specialty contact lenses
• Operate advanced equipment (Optos glaucoma testing lensometer tonometer phoropter)
• Collaborate with optometrists and support staff
• Serve approximately 22 patients each day

Salary and Benefits:

• Compensation ranges from $120640 to $196040 annually
• Earn eligibility for a 14.5% production bonus
• Sign-On bonus offers $10000 to $20000
• Relocation assistance provides up to $5000
• Maintain a MondayFriday 8 AM5 PM schedule

• Hold a valid state optometry license or actively pursue one
• Demonstrate 13 years of clinical experience (new grads encouraged)
