- Consistent route planning for reliable schedules
- Opportunity to increase miles if desired
Compensation
- $0.56 to $0.65 CPM depending on experience
- Average 2400 to 2600 miles per week
- Weekly pay ranges from $1250 to $1600
- $2000 sign-on bonus
- Detention pay $12.50 after 2 hours
- Layover pay $100 after 24 hours
- Safety bonus of $0.03 CPM
Freight / Operations
- Regional dry van freight
- 100% no-touch loads
- 60% drop and hook
- Combination of live and preloaded freight
Equipment
- Late-model tractors including Cascadia and T680
- Automatic transmissions
- APU and inverter included on most units
