ENTRY LEVEL DRIVER PROGRAM
Open to recent CDL-A graduates with 120 hours of truck driving school completed within the past 12 months
Training duration: 46 weeks with an assigned mentor
Guaranteed weekly pay throughout the training period
After training: transition to solo pay starting at $0.56 CPM
By the time you go solo youll be ready
RESPONSIBILITIES
Operate a Class A tractor-trailer in full compliance with DOT and company policy
Transport no-touch dry van freight on scheduled pickups and deliveries Maintain accurate ELD records trip reports and DVIRs
Complete and document pre- and post-trip inspections daily
Communicate proactively with dispatch customers and team members
WHO QUALIFIES
21 years of age or older with a valid CDL-A license
CDL-A held continuously for the past 12 months without major violations
Open to recent graduates and drivers with 6 or more months of experience
No at-fault accidents major citations or license suspensions in the past 3 years
No DUI in the last 5 years
No safety-related terminations
Employment gaps must not exceed 6 months in the past year or 1 year over the past 3
Must clear both urine and hair follicle pre-employment drug screening
