We are seeking a driven Sales Executive to own and grow commercial security alarm business across the San Diego market. This role is focused on new business development within healthcare tenant improvement and commercial sectors. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of closing deals and a demonstrable history of selling $2M$5M in security alarm solutions annually. This is a hunter role we need someone who can identify opportunities build relationships from the ground up and consistently bring in net-new revenue.

What Youll Need:

  • Proven ability to prospect develop and close new accounts in commercial security alarm sales.
  • Strong understanding of security alarm systems and integration including access control CCTV and intrusion detection.
  • Experience selling into healthcare tenant improvement and commercial construction environments.
  • Comfortable managing a full sales cycle from prospecting and estimating through proposal negotiation and close.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with general contractors facility managers developers and end users.
  • Strong proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office for pipeline management reporting and proposals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present solutions to decision-makers at all levels.
  • Self-motivated organized and accountable with the drive to perform independently in a field-based sales environment.
  • Strong territory management skills with the ability to prioritize accounts and maximize time in the field.
  • Collaborative team player who works effectively with project managers operations and installation teams to deliver on client commitments.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to develop a strategic sales plan and execute consistently against revenue targets.
  • Familiarity with the San Diego commercial construction and security integration market is a strong plus.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Experience: 5 years of B2B sales experience in security alarm low voltage or systems integration with a documented history of selling $2M$5M annually and a strong track record of new business development.
  • Industry experience: Security alarm and systems integration experience required. Healthcare tenant improvement and commercial project experience strongly preferred.
  • Education: College degree trade school or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication organizational and self-driven skills.
