What Youll Do

You will be responsible for diagnosing repairing and maintaining CNC equipment and industrial systems including:

• Troubleshooting and repairing electrical and mechanical failures
• Disassembling equipment identifying root causes and rebuilding systems
• Interpreting complex schematics blueprints and manuals
• Working with:
  • PLC logic (ladder diagrams)
  • Machine programming basics (M-code/G-code)
• Performing electrical testing and diagnostics
• Troubleshooting printed circuit boards and control systems
• Adjusting machines to meet precise operating specifications
• Supporting preventive maintenance and continuous improvement efforts
• Escalating complex or unusual issues to leadership when needed

What You Bring

Required:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Journeyman-level OR 3 years CNC maintenance/repair experience
• Strong experience with:
  • Ladder logic / PLC troubleshooting
  • Motor controls and industrial schematics
  • Blueprint reading
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Preferred:

• 4 years CNC maintenance experience
• Background in machining environments
• Experience with hydraulics systems
• Associate degree in electronics or military technical experience

Location & Relocation

• Based onsite in Syracuse NY
