SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Position: Sales Representative

Jonesbororealtycompany is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. As a Sales Representative you will be responsible for promoting and selling our real estate services to potential clients. This is a full-time permanent position with the opportunity for growth and advancement within the company.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients through various sales techniques including cold calling networking and referrals

- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to identify potential leads and opportunities

- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the company

- Conduct property tours and provide information on available properties to potential clients

- Negotiate and close sales deals with clients

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies

- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients

- Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and promote our services

- Keep accurate records of sales activities and update client information in the companys database

- Stay informed about the local real estate market and competition to identify potential challenges and opportunities

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales role

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software

- Knowledge of the local real estate market is a plus

- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field is preferred
