We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Online Advertisers who are fluent in Dutch or Flemish with good English skills to join a dynamic team in Madrid. This role is ideal for candidates interested in digital platforms and online engagement within an international environment.
Job Description
As an Online Advertiser you will manage and optimize online content while engaging with users in real time. You will ensure a high-quality user experience maintain platform standards and contribute to overall performance targets in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor online advertising content and user interactions
- Ensure content quality and compliance with guidelines
- Engage with users in a professional and timely manner
- Support performance targets and campaign objectives
- Maintain accurate records and follow internal procedures
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch or Flemish (C1 level)
- Good command of English (B2 level)
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Interest in digital platforms and online media
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible to work in a 24/7 shift system
Working Conditions
- Location: Madrid (on-site)
- Start dates: Every Monday
- Schedule: 24/7 shift rotation
- Contract: Full-time
Salary & Benefits
- Base salary: 1500/month
- Dutch language bonus: 4/hour
- Performance bonus: up to 3/hour
- Average total salary:/month gross
