Job Summary

We are looking for energetic tech-savvy Russian speakers to join our international team in the heart of Lisbon. You will be supporting advertisers for one of the worlds most renowned social media platforms helping businesses grow and succeed in the digital space.

No previous experience No problem. We provide full professional training to turn you into an advertising expert!

The Mission:

Provide high-quality support to businesses and advertisers via chat email and phone.
Assist with ad campaign setup troubleshooting and optimization.
Guide clients through digital marketing tools and best practices.
Be the voice of a global tech giant ensuring a premium user experience.

What we are looking for:

Language Skills: Native or C1 level Russian B2 level English.
Legal Status: Must hold EU Citizenship OR a valid Portuguese Residence Card (CRUE/TIE).
Mindset: A passion for social media a can-do attitude and a desire to learn.
Location: Readiness to work on-site in Lisbon.
