Job Title: Recruiting Coordinator (High-Volume Hiring)

This individual will be responsible for handling large candidate pipelines conducting a high number of interviews daily and ensuring a seamless hiring process for both candidates and internal stakeholders.
This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can recruit across diverse and customized rolesincluding but not limited to technical healthcare operations and other specialized positionswhile maintaining accuracy efficiency and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume hiring across multiple roles and departments
- Conduct a high volume of daily interviews and candidate screenings
- Source candidates through job boards databases social platforms and outbound outreach
- Review resumes and evaluate candidates based on role-specific requirements
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to understand hiring needs including customized or niche roles
- Track and report recruitment metrics such as pipeline status conversion rates and hiring progress
- Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
Core Requirements
- Highly detail-oriented with the ability to accurately assess candidate qualifications and maintain precise records
- Proven capability to conduct high-volume interviews across a diverse range of roles (e.g. technical healthcare operations and other customized positions)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles schedules and candidate pipelines simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with both candidates and internal teams
- Ability to clearly explain job requirements provide timely updates and maintain strong candidate relationships
- Ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in high-volume recruitment staffing agencies or BPO environments
- Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Indeed and Boolean search techniques
- Experience recruiting across multiple industries or role types
- Knowledge of recruitment KPIs and performance tracking
- Experience with remote or global hiring processes
