Responsibilities
- Strategic Market Expansion: Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share for AOI/SPI/X-ray solutions within the Malaysian E&E sector.
- High-Level Stakeholder Engagement: Manage relationships with key decision-makers at Tier 1 EMS providers OEMs and semiconductor players.
- Solution-Based Selling: Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations translating complex inspection capabilities into tangible ROI for clients.
- Market Insight: Monitor Industry 4.0 trends and competitor landscapes to provide actionable feedback for regional growth.
Requirements
- Sector Expertise: Strong background in capital equipment sales specifically within SMT or PCBA assembly environments. Familiarity with inspection technology (AOI/SPI) is a major advantage.
- Established Network: A proven track record and an existing network of contacts within the Malaysian electronics manufacturing industry.
- Communication Skills: Fluent in English. Proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred for engaging with local manufacturing partners.
- Entrepreneurial Drive: A proactive hunter mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced technical environment.
