Timings: 6PM-3AM Location: Eden Canal Villas Near Thokar niaz Baig Lahore
Position Summary:
The Outbound Lead Setter is responsible for proactively contacting prospective and existing customers on behalf of the company Heating Cooling & Plumbing to generate booked service appointments. This role serves as the first point of contact for many customers and is expected to represent the company brand with professionalism warmth and clarity. The position operates primarily via outbound phone calls and all confirmed appointments are booked directly in ServiceTitan.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities.
Outbound calling
Execute daily outbound call campaigns targeting prospective customers past customers and leads from marketing initiatives
Follow approved call scripts and objection-handling frameworks while maintaining a natural conversational tone
Identify customer needs related to heating cooling and plumbing services and match them to appropriate service offerings
Overcome objections professionally and guide prospects toward scheduling a service appointment
Appointment booking
Book all confirmed service appointments directly in ServiceTitan ensuring accurate customer information address and service type
Confirm appointment details with the customer verbally prior to ending each call
Coordinate with dispatch and field teams as needed to ensure accurate scheduling and capacity
Follow up on unconfirmed or tentative leads to convert them to booked appointments CRM and reporting
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all customer interactions in ServiceTitan
Log call outcomes disposition statuses and follow-up tasks consistently
Meet or exceed daily and weekly activity metrics including calls made contacts reached and appointments booked
Participate in regular performance reviews with team leadership MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
3 or more years of outbound calling or inside sales experience
Professional spoken and written English proficiency candidates will be assessed via a recorded phone screen
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed call-based performance metrics
Comfort with CRM platforms;
ServiceTitan experience strongly preferred
Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet professional call environment
Availability to work U.S. business hours (Central Time)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Prior experience in a home services HVAC or trades-adjacent call center environment
Familiarity with ServiceTitan booking workflows
Experience working directly with U.S.-based customers
Demonstrated track record in a performance-incentivized role
