Position:

We are currently hiring an intern looking for a falltermposition Septemberto December2026in our Toronto office.Candidates must be enrolled in an undergraduate program and plan to return to school after completing the internship to be eligible to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Support the automating existing accounting and finance processes including reconciliations and payment workflows.
• Develop and maintain Power Automate flows to reduce manual effort and streamline operations.
• Develop and enhance Excel based automation using VBA macros and Advanced Excel formulas and structured models.
• Support the use of AI-enabled tools where applicable (e.g. document processing or exception analysis).
• Analyze current processes and identify opportunities for efficiency gains automation risk reduction and control enhancements.
• Document process flows business logic automation design and technical solutions in a clear and auditready manner.
• Provide ad-hoc data analysis reporting and operational support to the accounting team.

Requirements:
This role is wellsuited for students with a strong interest in combining technology programming and finance/accounting to solve realworld business problems.

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program (Computer Science Information Systems Accounting Finance Business Analytics or related field).
• Experience or strong interest in Power Automate and the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel and macros.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Foundational understanding of accounting processes such as reconciliations and payments is preferred.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a team environment.

The expected annual base salary range (prorated for the term) for this role is $49000 - $51000 which isdeterminedbased on year of study IGM program geographic location andcandidatesskillsknowledgeand addition to base salary this role is eligible for paid time off.
