This is a permanent full-time positionlocated across the three Community Banks in this group which are; Avoca & Maryborough & St Arnaud.
Whatyoullbring to the role
To succeed in this roleyoulldrive thelendinggrowthby building strong relationshipsacquiringnewbusinessand becoming the go-to lending expert in the you to have:
Extensive consumer lending experience this is essential
Strong networks and a proven ability to self-generate new business opportunities
High levelof understanding of lending productspoliciesand regulations
An ability to build relationships and rapport with customers and colleagues quickly assess their needs and a develop a holistic view of their situation
Highly developed credit analysis skills
An understanding of small business offerings
A self-motivated high performing approach with a proventrack recordof consistently delivering lending growth
