Description

To create a fun atmosphere in the casino by encouraging guests to sign up for Caesars Rewards and to assist in coupon/prize distribution. The employee must be proficient in data entry of all new applications. Explanation of Caesars Rewards promotions and special event functions. Establishes effective working relationships with co-workers and guests.



Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly courteous professional service to all patrons of the casino

  • Exhibit professionalism during all guest and employee interactions

  • Must have patience when dealing with guests

  • Pleasant and outgoing attitude

  • Attending special events

  • Daily inventory of supplies



Qualifications
  • Must have the ability to provide our guests with excellent customer service have excellent communication skills observation skills and have an easygoing demeanor to ensure a fun and safe environment for our guests

  • Must be able to answer phones and display a consistently positive attitude. Must have basic job knowledge and a complete understanding of Caesars Rewards

  • Must accurately neatly and thoroughly complete assigned tasks

  • Enter and edit data quickly (mainly new application sign-ups); all should be edited at the point of sale

  • Prevent duplicate accounts being given

  • Must be multi-task oriented. Answer phones in a friendly and speedy manner reciting script provided

  • Must understand hotel functions on the computer

  • Must be self-motivated and willing to ask questions about projects and procedures

  • Must be over 21 years of age to work on casino floor

  • Excellent public speaking and communication required

  • Education: High school education or equivalent

  • Experience: At least two years customer service

  • Certificate/License: Gaming License required

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be able to handle stressful situations professionally

  • Must be able to walk or stand for eight hours

  • Must have excellent hearing to understand what is being said in a noisy atmosphere

  • Bring a positive and energetic personality

GUEST SERVICE (INTERNAL/EXTERNAL) STANDARDS: Employee is required to meet and deliver our core values service standards and family style service.

PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must have the ability to provide internal/ external guests with service excellence have excellent communication skills and observation skills and have an easygoing demeanor to ensure a fun and safe environment for our guests. Above average speech both speaking and reading/writing English. Need excellent interpersonal skills. Work requires schedule flexibility which may include days off nights weekends holidays and overtime as needed.
