Job Summary
Overview
Honda of Greenbelt is part of Group 1 Automotive a Fortune 250 company and one of the fastest-growing leaders in automotive retail. We are seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure smooth customer experience
- Create transparent repair orders with accurate cost and time estimates
- Communicate with technicians and parts team to guarantee timely service completion
- Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their vehicle
- Maintain strong product knowledge to assist with service needs and warranty information
Minimum Qualifications:
- Automotive Service Advisor experience is required.
- Must be available to work Monday through Saturday
- Positive & Friendly Attitude
- Interpersonal Communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Strong desire to provide an exceptional client experience
- Ability to achieve targeted goals
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must have a Valid Drivers License
- Must pass background check MVR and drug screening

The compensation for this position is wholly commission-based. As a result compensation may vary based on several factors including individual performance and market conditions. The range in monthly compensation reasonably expected for this position is $4166$6833.
