Job Summary

The Consultant will be part of IQVIAs Incentive Compensation (IC) Consulting team supporting global and affiliatelevel clients in designing validating and operationalizing incentive compensation plans goalsetting methodologies and Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) solutions.

The role combines analytics incentive modeling reporting and client collaboration requiring a strong understanding of pharma sales models data processes and IC principles. The consultant will contribute to highquality client deliveries softwareenabled solutions and continuous improvement initiatives across the IC function.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Incentive Compensation & Analytics Delivery

  • Prepare periodic KPIbased reports (e.g. Market Share Growth Units Value YTD SOV Contribution)

  • Conduct adhoc sales and market analysis to support client decisionmaking

  • Perform target setting validation and target vs. achievement calculations

  • Execute incentive and payout calculations accurately as per plan logic

  • Analyze eligibility criteria such as call coverage call trends coaching days vacancy rate and productive frequency

  • Support customer satisfaction surveys and related analytics

Data Processing & Reporting

  • Configure data pipelines and calculation processes

  • Design implement and maintain standard and customized reports

  • Process client data and perform data validation and verification checks

  • Fulfill client information requests in a timely and accurate manner

Client Engagement & Collaboration

  • Work seamlessly with internal stakeholders and client teams to deliver projects using best practices and defined methodologies

  • Translate analytical outputs into clear insights and recommendations

  • Adhere to project plans milestones and delivery timelines

Required Skills:

  • 3-6 years experience in Plan Design Incentive / Pharma Consulting Target Setting

  • Experience in supporting endtoend design of IC plans including KPI identification metric definitions paycurve design payout logic mechanics and modeling aligned to IC principles observed in internal frameworks (e.g. fairness simplicity performancedriven).

  • Having experience in developing goalsetting methodologies for mature brands launches and special roles (e.g. KAMs) using techniques referenced across internal IC capability materials.

  • Build IC models for payout simulation scenario analysis and sensitivity testing using Excel or IQVIA platforms referenced in IC offerings.

  • Client Engagement & Solution Delivery - translate analytics and insights into clear concise storylines and recommendations as seen in IC proposal and capability documents.
