Position Description: We are looking for a skilled Automation Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Playwright and modern scripting languages. The ideal candidate should be passionate about test automation quality assurance and building scalable testing frameworks.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright
Execute unit integration and end-to-end tests
Design and enhance reusable automation frameworks
Analyse requirements and create test scenarios/test cases
Identify track and report defects
Perform cross-browser and API testing
Integrate automation with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps)
Generate test reports and collaborate with development teams

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Must-Have Skills:
Playwright Automation Tool
Solid experience in building and maintaining automated test scripts using Playwright
Experience with cross-browser testing (Chromium Firefox WebKit)
Familiarity with Playwright Test Runner fixtures and parallel execution
TypeScript / JavaScript
Strong coding skills in TypeScript or JavaScript
Ability to write clean maintainable and reusable code
Understanding of asynchronous programming (Promises async/await)
Good-to-Have Skills:
Azure DevOps: Experience with CI/CD pipelines automation integration and test reporting
API Testing: Knowledge of REST APIs HTTP methods and automation using Postman or Playwright
