A reputable healthcare facility is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join its outpatient orthopedic team. The ideal candidate will have experience treating musculoskeletal conditions and be comfortable working in a fast-paced outpatient setting with a consistent patient volume.
Responsibilities
Evaluate diagnose and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
Provide hands-on therapy and therapeutic exercise programs
Treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Educate patients on injury prevention mobility and rehabilitation
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Meet productivity and patient care expectations
Patient Population
Outpatient Orthopedic cases
Experience Requirements
Outpatient experience preferred
Minimum experience required (new graduates not accepted)
First-time travelers accepted
Work Environment & Expectations
Treat approximately 1214 patients per day
Expected productivity: 60 patient visits per week
Double-booking of follow-up visits may be required
No floating between clinics
Schedule & Additional Details
Guaranteed 36 hours per week with potential to work up to 40 hours
Overtime must be pre-approved by the director
Day shifts with consistent scheduling
Licensure & Certifications
Active Physical Therapist (PT) license required (State of Washington or compact if applicable)
