Job Title: Physical Therapist Outpatient Orthopedics
Location: Bremerton WA
Duration: 14 Weeks
Schedule: Full-Time 3640 hours/week
Shift: Day Shift (8-hour shifts)

Position Overview

A reputable healthcare facility is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join its outpatient orthopedic team. The ideal candidate will have experience treating musculoskeletal conditions and be comfortable working in a fast-paced outpatient setting with a consistent patient volume.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate diagnose and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
• Provide hands-on therapy and therapeutic exercise programs
• Treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients on injury prevention mobility and rehabilitation
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Meet productivity and patient care expectations

Patient Population

• Outpatient Orthopedic cases

Experience Requirements

• Outpatient experience preferred
• Minimum experience required (new graduates not accepted)
• First-time travelers accepted

Work Environment & Expectations

• Treat approximately 1214 patients per day
• Expected productivity: 60 patient visits per week
• Double-booking of follow-up visits may be required
• No floating between clinics

Schedule & Additional Details

• Guaranteed 36 hours per week with potential to work up to 40 hours
• Overtime must be pre-approved by the director
• Day shifts with consistent scheduling

Licensure & Certifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license required (State of Washington or compact if applicable)
