Job Summary
- Strategically manage warehouse operations in compliance with company policies.
- Oversee receiving warehousing distribution and maintenance processes.
- Ensure efficient space utilization and inventory organization.
- Implement and enforce operational policies and procedures.
- Maintain health safety hygiene and security standards.
- Manage stock control and reconcile inventory with data storage systems.
- Prepare annual budgets and optimize cost efficiency.
- Coordinate with suppliers transport companies and internal departments.
- Supervise warehouse staff including hiring training and performance evaluation.
- Generate reports on stock movement dead stock and overall warehouse efficiency.
Requirements
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager preferably in the cosmetics industry.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management procedures and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate staff.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Bachelors degree in logistics supply chain management business administration or equivalent.
