Finance intern

We are seeking a motivated Finance Intern to join our AAM Division and gain handson experience in financial analysis reporting and forecasting within a dynamic global manufacturing environment. This one year internship is designed as a development opportunity providing exposure to core Finance and Controlling activities while working closely with experienced finance professionals.

What Youll Do

• Support monthly and forecast financial reporting processes including consolidation of actuals and projections

• Assist with financial analysis and variance analysis to support business decisionmaking

• Work with finance systems and tools (e.g. Excel Essbase OneStream) to analyze and interpret financial data

• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams within Finance and Controlling

• Gain exposure to finance operations within an automotive/manufacturing environment

What Were Looking For

• Junior or Senior pursuing Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance or Accounting

• Willing to complete a 1 year internship

• Strong interest in financial analysis reporting and corporate finance

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (data analysis formulas pivot tables preferred)

• Familiarity with Essbase or OneStream is a plus

• Prior exposure to financial planning and analysis (FP&A) or the automotive industry is an advantage

• Strong analytical skills attention to detail and willingness to learn
