Position Overview:

• Alfa Romeo and Maserati of Englewood Cliffs is seeking a highly motivated and polished

• Professional Sales Associate to join our elite team. This role is ideal for an individual who is

• passionate about luxury automobiles and thrives in delivering an exceptional white-glove client

• experience. As a brand ambassador you will represent two of the most iconic names in

• automotive excellence while guiding clients through a seamless and personalized purchasing

• journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver a premium consultative sales experience tailored to each client

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clientele

Demonstrate expert knowledge of Alfa Romeo and Maserati vehicles features and brand heritage

Conduct vehicle presentations test drives and follow-ups with professionalism and attention to detail

Manage the full sales process from initial inquiry to delivery

Maintain CRM records and consistently follow up on leads

Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and performance standards

Stay current on product knowledge market trends and competitor offerings

Qualifications:

Previous automotive sales experience preferred (luxury experience a plus)

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills

Professional appearance and demeanor

Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

Ability to deliver a high-end client-focused experience

Valid drivers license and clean driving record
