Pay: $18.00 per hour

Schedule: In-Office (Not Remote or Hybrid)Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Order Entry / Estimating Clerk to join a fast-paced office environment. This role is responsible for accurately entering and managing sales orders supporting the estimating team and ensuring data accuracy across systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter sales orders into internal systems in a timely manner

• Serve as a liaison between departments including Customer Service Scheduling and Estimating

• Create and manage job numbers for customer orders

• Update and maintain customer shipping and contact information

• Review verify and audit order entries for accuracy

• Assist in training new team members on order entry processes

• Make updates corrections and adjustments to orders as needed

• Research and resolve discrepancies in orders

• Support tax-related data entry updates when necessary

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

• Provide coverage for team members as needed

• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• 23 years of relevant experience required (order entry estimating or similar role)

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Outlook Word Excel)

• Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment

Basic blueprint reading and measurement/conversion knowledge preferred

Requirements

• Must be able to work fully in-office (no remote or hybrid)

• Background check required

• 10-panel drug screen required
