Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join an acute care hospital setting. This role involves working with a diverse patient population and delivering high-quality rehabilitative care in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat patients in an acute care setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems
- Manage a daily caseload efficiently
Required Experience & Skills:
- Prior acute care experience required
- Experience in Inpatient Rehabilitation (IPR) preferred
- Ability to manage 1012 patients per day
- Strong clinical decision-making and patient care skills
Qualifications:
- Active Washington State Physical Therapist license (required)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
