We are seeking an experienced and strategic School Business Manager to join an Outstanding secondary school in Winchester. This is a senior leadership role offering the opportunity to play a key part in the operational and financial success of a high-performing school.
The successful candidate will lead on finance HR administration and site management ensuring all business functions run efficiently. You will work closely with the senior leadership team to support school improvement and long-term planning.
This role requires strong leadership financial expertise and excellent organisational skills.
