Hard Skills / Must Have:

6 years of experience in UI/UX or product design

Strong proficiency in Figma for interface design and prototyping

Experience working with modern design workflows and tools

Familiarity with AI-enabled or adjacent tools such as Cursor Claude and GPT

Hard Skills / Nice to Have

Experience working with design systems

Exposure to analytics or data-driven platforms

Experience collaborating closely with product and engineering teams

Interest in improving workflows and team processes

Responsibilities and Tasks:

Support the design lead in delivering UI/UX work across multiple initiatives

Create high-quality user experiences from concept to execution

Translate business and product requirements into design solutions

Produce wireframes flows mockups and prototypes with strong attention to detail

Collaborate with designers product managers developers and other stakeholders

Work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment

Follow established processes while contributing proactively

Support additional design or cross-functional initiatives when needed
