About the company

International logistics group operating across multiple regions with high invoice volumes and decentralised finance teams. The organisation is standardising procure to pay processes and rolling out Basware across entities to improve automation compliance and visibility.

Role overview

You will drive the rollout of Basware across multiple countries and business units. This is not support. This is implementation and deployment at scale.

You will work closely with finance operations and IT to standardise P2P processes and ensure successful adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead end to end Basware rollout across assigned countries

• Configure invoice processing approval workflows and validation rules

• Drive localisation for e invoicing compliance per country

• Coordinate rollout phases: design build test deploy hypercare

• Work with ERP teams integrating with SAP or Microsoft Dynamics 365

• Support supplier onboarding and enablement into Basware network

• Facilitate workshops with finance stakeholders

• Ensure process standardisation while adapting to local requirements

• Support UAT and manage go live readiness

Requirements

• Experience with Basware

• Proven experience in rollout or multi country implementation

• Strong understanding of procure to pay and accounts payable processes

• Experience with e invoicing frameworks

• Experience integrating Basware with ERP systems

• Ability to work independently in distributed teams

• Fluent English

• Experience in logistics supply chain or high volume invoice environments

• Experience working with shared service centres

• Exposure to global rollout programs
