DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage incoming and outgoing calls chats and emails in a timely and professional manner
Deliver a consistently high-quality customer experience with a strong focus on satisfaction
Build and maintain trusted relationships through open clear and interactive communication
Provide accurate complete and up-to-date information using the appropriate tools and processes
Achieve individual and team customer service targets including call-handling KPIs
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions manage customer accounts and file documentation
Adhere strictly to communication procedures guidelines and data protection policies when handling personal information.
REQUIREMENTS:
Native/fluent in German both verbal and written (C1 level). Fluent in English (minimum B2 level
Strong computer literacy and confidence using multiple systems
Proven contact-handling skills with excellent active listening abilities
Clear and professional written communication skills for email handling
Customer-focused mindset with a strong understanding of sensitive data handling
Excellent verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask prioritize effectively and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
