Position: Customer Advisor

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage incoming calls chats messages and emails across multiple channels
Identify customer needs and deliver effective solutions to ensure high satisfaction
Build long-term trust-based relationships through clear and engaging communication
Provide accurate and complete information using approved tools and processes
Meet individual and team performance targets including case handling quotas
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and manage customer accounts
Follow internal communication procedures guidelines and policies.
REQUIREMENTS:
Native/fluent in Dutch both verbal and written. Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
Strong phone handling skills with a customer-focused and attentive listening approach
Ability to adapt communication style to different customer profiles
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong multitasking time-management and prioritization abilities.
