Job Summary

A leading company in the luxury cosmetics sector with a presence across several European countries and headquartered in Barcelona is seeking for a Beauty Advisor for VALMONT in Le Meurice Paris. This role combines creative and technical expertise with a passion for luxury beauty providing an inviting inspiring and personalized in-store experience that engages and delights our clients.

What do we look for in the ideal candidate

Serve as a brand ambassador with a polished appearance and positive attitude at all times.
Demonstrate a commitment to learning fundamental product knowledge (features benefits application) and application techniques to deliver the best results for clients.
Maintain store quality and merchandising ensuring cleanliness compliance with merchandising guidelines and shelf product availability.
Manage and monitor the stock at the counter effectively.
Identify customer needs and recommend our skincare products based on their preferences and requirements.
Explain product usage to customers interested in making a purchase.
Availability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays (except Christmas Day).
Proficient use of POS software and other digital systems necessary for smooth counter operations.
Convey passion and master the art of storytelling.
Build connections with clients offering solutions and high-quality after-sales service.

Your profile and soft skills should be:

Native in French with good proficiency in English.
Highly detail-oriented and a confident professional sales personality who embraces challenges and understands retail.
Excellent communication skills with a strong passion for exceptional customer experience.
Enthusiastic and passionate about luxury products.
Previous experience in a retail environment with a genuine interest in the beauty industry.
Diploma in Beauty treatments recommended
