The Manager Investor Operations is the operational backbone of that trust ensuring every fund runs cleanly every investor account isaccurate and every regulatory commitment is met. This is a leadership role with direct accountability for operational excellence across the full investor : What you will do/ What you will ownFund Operations & AdministrationFull ownership of daily fund health: cash balances performance reconciliation currency hedging and leverage programs across all Purpose products zero tolerance for all monthly fund processes: distribution and management fee calculations expense oversight and key management reporting delivered accurately and on time every directly with portfolio managers to resolve trading issues and ensuretimelyaccuratetrade Account ManagementOwn onboarding and ongoing maintenance of investor accounts across nominee client name and exempt market dealer subscription agreements areaccurate complete and compliant every single investor statement generation and disseminationmaintainingan uncompromising standard of quality and & Client SupportServe as the primary operational resource for dealers advisors and administrators resolving product and transaction inquiries with speed precision and with the sales team to resolve complex inquiries protecting both client relationships and Purposes Reporting & TaxLead preparation and review of tax filings and investor tax legal documentation support for prospectus filings and new fund audit readiness and regulatory reporting proactively not regulatory developments and translate them into operational enhancements before they become compliance -Era Operations LeadershipThis role is being hired for the next three years not the last three.A significant portionof what this role has historically done manually reconciliations statement generation transaction troubleshooting data validation will be augmented or automated by AI within 1224 months.
