About the Role

Join Ingram Micro as a Solutions Architect supporting our vendors and reseller network with expert technical guidance and solution design.Youllcombine technicalknow-howwith strong customer engagement to position Ingram Micro as the distributor ofchoice.This role is based in Auckland reporting to the Business Manager Cyber Security.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales technical support for cybersecurity solutions and services

• Assistresellers with security solution design bids and tenders

• Build strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders

• Support sales opportunities with securityexpertiseand technical input

• Conduct technical presentations and product enablement sessions

• Collaborate with Product Marketing and Sales teams to grow the security portfolio

• Stay current with emerging security technologies and industry trends

WhatYoullBring

• Security certifications (e.g. Fortinet NSE CompTIA Security CISSP or similar)

• Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies (network endpoint cloud identity and threat management)

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT or related field

• Excellent communication presentation and relationship skills

• Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving ability

• Team player with initiative and solid business acumen
