Afternoon- General Cleaner Tenant Spaces, Rochester, MN

General Cleaner at Marsden Central .

Shift: Monday through Friday 3:30pm to 7:30pm

Location: Rochester MN

Requirements:

The schedule is also strict because there are tenant spaces that must be cleaned prior to their departure. Tenant space cleaner who will be in charge of cleaning a variety of different office spaces. Every carpeted surface needs to get vacuumed while every hard surface needs to be swept and mopped. There are 3 bathrooms that need to be cleaned by this cleaner in one of the offices. Dusting needs to be performed daily and in each space. Each suite will also need their door glass cleaned.

• You must be 18 years old.
• For safety reasons you must be able to speak English.
• A pre-employment criminal background check is required.
• Able to lift up to 30lbs.

Job Duties:

As you might expect cleaning is at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part youll be:

• Sweeping vacuuming and mopping floors throughout.
• Waste Removal: Collecting and disposing of trash from bins throughout the building.
• Restrooms: Cleaning and sanitizing restocking supplies (toilet paper soap paper towels)
• Surface cleaning: Dusting wiping and sanitizing surfaces fixtures and furniture.
