We are seeking a motivated and innovative AI Developer to join our growing Fluke AI team. This role is focused on building integrating and optimizing AI-driven solutions that enhance business processes customer experience and data-driven decision-making across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have foundational experience in artificial intelligence machine learning and modern development practices with a strong interest in applying AI technologies such as natural language processing generative AI and automation in real-world business scenarios.

As an AI Developer you will collaborate with data engineers and application teams to design develop and deploy AI-powered capabilities ensuring scalable and practical solutions aligned with enterprise needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design develop and deploy AI/ML models and solutions to solve business problems across various domains.

• Work with structured and unstructured data sources (e.g. CRM/ERP data documents emails) to build intelligent features such as classification summarization and prediction.

• Develop and integrate AI capabilities using modern frameworks and APIs (e.g. LLMs REST services cloud AI platforms).

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into AI-driven solutions.

• Implement prompt engineering techniques and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) approaches for knowledge-based applications.

• Support data preprocessing feature engineering and model evaluation to ensure accuracy and performance.

• Partner with software developers and architects to integrate AI components into enterprise applications (e.g. web apps internal tools CRM ERP).

• Participate in testing validation and continuous improvement of AI models and solutions.

• Document technical designs workflows and usage guidelines for developed solutions.

• Stay current with emerging AI technologies and recommend practical applications within the organization.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Data Science Engineering or a related field.

• 3 years of experience in AI/ML development data science or software development

• Hands-on experience with programming languages such as Python.

• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and libraries.

• Basic understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and generative AI concepts.

• Experience working with APIs and integrating external services.

• Understanding data structures algorithms and software development best practices.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with generative AI tools and platforms (e.g. OpenAI Azure OpenAI or similar).

• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure AWS or Google Cloud.

• Familiarity with vector databases embeddings and semantic search concepts.

• Knowledge of enterprise systems such as CRM (Dynamics Salesforce etc.) and ERP (Oracle SAP etc.) is a plus.

• Understanding of MLOps concepts and model deployment pipelines.
