Welcome to CLASSY an exciting and dynamic company in mens formal wear. As a Shop Assistant youll be joining a passionate team dedicated to bringing the ultimate in service to our customers. At CLASSY we believe in creating a friendly and inclusive shopping environment where every customer feels valued and stylish. Your role will involve helping our senior staff with their tasks such as; taking shoes sizing from customers helping customers in dressing rooms offering coffee to customers. You will also be keeping the store looking fabulous and ensuring everyone leaves with a smile. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves fashion has a knack for customer service and enjoys being part of a close-knit team. Tasks
- Being a runner between the back store and front store.
- Maintain a tidy and organized store layout to ensure an inviting shopping environment.
- Handle the dressing rooms and customer requests.
- Restock shelves and manage inventory to keep our store looking fresh and fully stocked.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills to provide top-notch customer service.
- Previous retail experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends.
- Strong teamwork skills to help out colleagues when needed.
