THE OPPORTUNITY

Were looking for a QA Automation Engineer to help us build and maintain high-quality reliable products as we grow.

Youll work closely with backend engineers product managers and customer-facing teams to design automated tests improve quality practices and ensure our platform behaves exactly as intended especially in complex API-driven systems. If you enjoy building smart test automation thinking about edge cases and helping teams ship with confidence youll feel at home here.

Tasks

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• AI-Driven Testing: Design and maintain scalable automated test suites using Cypress (E2E) while leveraging LLMs to accelerate test generation and maintenance.
• Agent Validation: Develop strategies to validate AI agent behaviors ensuring that our autonomous compliance workflows are accurate explainable and hallucination-free.
• Data Integrity: Validate complex data flows and API-driven systems ensuring our frontend and backend are in perfect sync with our AI engine.
• CI/CD Integration: Build and integrate automated tests into our pipelines ensuring AI model updates dont break existing compliance logic.
• Production Analysis: Perform deep-dive analysis on production issues turning failures into new automated test cases (and prompts) to ensure they never happen twice.

Requirements

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• The Scale-up Mindset: You thrive in fast-moving environments and prefer building systems over following manuals.
• Automation Expertise: Deep hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks like Cypress.
• API Mastery: You are comfortable navigating backend services testing RESTful APIs and verifying data integrity directly in the database.
• Architectural Thinking: You dont just write scripts; you build maintainable reusable test architectures.
• Communication Skills: You can explain a complex edge case to a PM and a technical bottleneck to a Lead Engineer with equal clarity.
• Detail Obsession: You have a sixth sense for where a system might break and a genuine passion for delivering a polished user experience.
