Job Title: Permanent Nurse Practitioner - Urology

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive outpatient urology care to adult patients.
• Manage 1520 patients per clinic day including both new and established patients.
• Conduct detailed patient assessments diagnoses and treatment planning.
• Perform pre-operative evaluations and post-operative follow-up care.
• Educate patients and families on conditions procedures medications and recovery.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab results.
• Conduct occasional inpatient rounding as needed (no call).
• Document all encounters in Cerner / Oracle Health EMR.
• Utilize AI-assisted documentation tools.
• Participate in continuous education and professional development.
• Maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified (AANP or ANCC) - REQUIRED.
• Ohio APRN license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED.
• Urology or Gynecology experience - REQUIRED (indicate years of experience).
• DEA License - REQUIRED (must be obtained prior to start).
• Clean malpractice and license history.
• Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active) - REQUIRED.

License and Certification Requirements:

• Experience in Urology or Gynecology - REQUIRED.
