Responsibilities

Assures all items are priced and dated. Responsible for receiving food and beverage properly storing and rotation products issuing food and beverage to outlets cleanliness of all storage areas inventory of stock and verification that physical count and computer statistics agree. Receives all food and beverage items and transports the items to storage areas immediately. Identifies assigned items and verifies acceptability. Conducts inventory of stock and verifies that physical count and computer statistics agree. Checks assigned areas for proper rotation stacking and storage conditions of stock. Ensures that all food is properly stacked ices and put on proper pallets in good condition and rotation. Stacks carts logically and efficiently. Completes requisition form in proper detail and legibly. Delivers accurate items to designated outlets on schedule and ensures that qualities of all items are good. Completes special assignments for the Supervisor Receiving/Storeroom and above as requested.



Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Capability to lift heavy quantities.

NJ CER LICENSE REQUIRED
