Job Summary:
Navitas Healthcare LLC isa dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a float pool team providing therapeutic services across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will support individuals in developing recovering and improving the skills required for daily living and work-related activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients/clients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve functional abilities
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians nurses and support staff
- Educate patients families and caregivers on therapy techniques and goals
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Required Qualifications:
- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license required
- Experience in clinical school or healthcare settings preferred
- Ability to work in a float capacity across multiple locations
