• Monday Thursday: 7:45 AM 3:45 PM (30-minute lunch)
• Friday: 7:45 AM 1:15 PM
• Total: 3737.5 hours/week

Job Overview

Navitas Healthcare LLC is a qualified Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide speech and language services within a Special Education setting. The SLP will assess diagnose and treat students with communication disorders while collaborating with educators families and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language evaluations and screenings
• Develop implement and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Provide direct therapy services to students with communication disorders
• Monitor and document student progress toward goals
• Collaborate with teachers parents and support teams
• Supervise Speech Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) if applicable
• Adapt therapy techniques and materials based on student needs
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports
• Utilize assistive communication devices when needed
• Ensure compliance with education and regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Arizona SLP license required
• CCC-SLP preferred
• Strong understanding of speech and language disorders
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a school-based/special education environment
• Strong documentation and organizational skills

Preferred

• 12 years school or pediatric experience
• Experience with diverse learning needs
• Familiarity with IEP processes and compliance
