Sales Executive Energy Intelligence – German-Speaking Switzerland

Job Summary
As part of our expansion in German-speaking Switzerland we are looking for a Sales Executive to support the growth of our solution Technis Energy Intelligence.
Reporting to the Head of Sales Energy you will play a key role in developing our presence in this strategic market. You will work on both existing opportunities and new business development.
Your main responsibilities:
Develop and manage a pipeline of sales opportunities
Identify and engage key decision-makers (real estate owners asset managers property managers large enterprises)
Manage complex and long sales cycles (612 months)
Sell solutions combining hardware (sensors) and software (SaaS platforms)
Build strong value propositions around energy performance and ESG challenges
Manage opportunities and negotiations through to closing
Collaborate closely with internal teams (technical project operations)
During your first months you will focus mainly on existing leads before progressively developing new business through active prospection.
The role is mainly field-based (client visits) with some remote work for preparation and follow-ups.
