• Analyze community performance metrics (e.g. activity rates cancellations ratings and KPI compliance).
• Acknowledge top performers and provide targeted coaching for those requiring improvement.
• Drive training and development initiatives to elevate overall community standards.

3. Community Support & Case Handling

• Resolve community concerns with speed empathy and professionalism.
• Streamline assistance requests by coordinating effectively with relevant departments.
• Synthesize community feedback into actionable insights for the management team.

4. Program Design & Execution

• Conceptualize and launch welfare engagement and productivity programs.
• Facilitate inter-departmental projects that require community mobilization.
• Oversee incentive programs and rigorously monitor their ROI and effectiveness.

5. Competitor & Market Intelligence

• Monitor competitor shifts and track community sentiment to anticipate market trends.
• Deliver data-driven recommendations to guide strategic decision-making.

6. Governance & Compliance

• Enforce strict adherence to company policies and operational standards.
• Identify operational gaps and propose proactive actionable solutions.
• Provide strategic input on new programs and budgets pending formal authorization.

7. Continuous Improvement

• Adopt industry best practices and share knowledge internally to foster a culture of learning.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to remain at the forefront of the field.

• Bachelors Degree of any related course
• 3 years experience in operations management preferably in the transportation or logistics industry.
• Computer literate experience in google sheets docs and forms.
• Good Communication Skills computer literate experience in google sheets docs and forms.
• Willing to work beyond his regular working hours if necessary can perform other department processes with less supervision.
