Job Title: Oracle Fusion Payroll Lead Consultant
Location: Memphis TN (Travel required onsite 2 weeks per month)
Duration: 6-Month Contract
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Payroll Lead Consultant to support a high-impact Oracle Fusion implementation.
- Lead the Oracle Fusion Payroll workstream for a full lifecycle implementation
- Drive solution design configuration testing and deployment of payroll modules
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions
- Manage payroll data conversion validation and reconciliation
- Oversee and support year-end payroll processing ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations
- Lead and coordinate SIT UAT and parallel payroll testing cycles
- Identify risks issues and dependencies; proactively develop mitigation strategies
- Provide leadership guidance and best practices to functional and technical teams
- Ensure successful integration with upstream/downstream systems (e.g. HR Finance Time & Labor)
- Support post-go-live stabilization and knowledge transfer
Required Qualifications:
- 7 years of experience in Oracle HCM with strong focus on Oracle Fusion Payroll
- Proven experience leading at least two end-to-end Oracle Fusion Payroll implementations
- Hands-on experience with year-end payroll processing (W-2s tax updates balancing etc.)
- Strong understanding of U.S. payroll legislation tax compliance and reporting
- Experience with payroll data migration integrations and reconciliation
