Job Summary

Job Title: Oracle Fusion Payroll Lead Consultant
Location: Memphis TN (Travel required onsite 2 weeks per month)
Duration: 6-Month Contract

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Payroll Lead Consultant to support a high-impact Oracle Fusion implementation.

Lead the Oracle Fusion Payroll workstream for a full lifecycle implementation
Drive solution design configuration testing and deployment of payroll modules
Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions
Manage payroll data conversion validation and reconciliation
Oversee and support year-end payroll processing ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations
Lead and coordinate SIT UAT and parallel payroll testing cycles
Identify risks issues and dependencies; proactively develop mitigation strategies
Provide leadership guidance and best practices to functional and technical teams
Ensure successful integration with upstream/downstream systems (e.g. HR Finance Time & Labor)
Support post-go-live stabilization and knowledge transfer

Required Qualifications:

7 years of experience in Oracle HCM with strong focus on Oracle Fusion Payroll
Proven experience leading at least two end-to-end Oracle Fusion Payroll implementations
Hands-on experience with year-end payroll processing (W-2s tax updates balancing etc.)
Strong understanding of U.S. payroll legislation tax compliance and reporting
Experience with payroll data migration integrations and reconciliation
