Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to design and deliver end-to-end solutions on the Salesforce Government Cloud. This role is essential for supporting public-sector programs and ensuring all solutions align with technical standards and security requirements. The ideal candidate will leverage both declarative and programmatic capabilities to build scalable systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead integration designs and configuration strategies.
- Develop Apex Lightning Web Components Flows and system integrations.
- Conduct technical discovery sessions with stakeholders to define requirements.
- Review Salesforce release notes to assess impacts on existing systems.
- Collaborate with teams to plan and execute updates and enhancements.
Required Technical Skills:
- 5 years of hands-on Salesforce experience in configuration customization and solution design.
- 5 years of strong development experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components.
- 3 years supporting public-sector or compliance-heavy programs.
- 2 years of experience leading technical discovery and design sessions.
- Proven ability to implement security controls and governance standards.
