Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to design and deliver end-to-end solutions on the Salesforce Government Cloud. This role is essential for supporting public-sector programs and ensuring all solutions align with technical standards and security requirements. The ideal candidate will leverage both declarative and programmatic capabilities to build scalable systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead integration designs and configuration strategies.
Develop Apex Lightning Web Components Flows and system integrations.
Conduct technical discovery sessions with stakeholders to define requirements.
Review Salesforce release notes to assess impacts on existing systems.
Collaborate with teams to plan and execute updates and enhancements.

Required Technical Skills:

5 years of hands-on Salesforce experience in configuration customization and solution design.
5 years of strong development experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components.
3 years supporting public-sector or compliance-heavy programs.
2 years of experience leading technical discovery and design sessions.
Proven ability to implement security controls and governance standards.
