Roles/Responsibilities:

- Coordinate testing efforts with system project leads and the Departments IT team.
- Create and document comprehensive test scenarios while understanding system impacts to all relational systems and programs.
- Conduct testing scenarios within various systems review and track results and assist in remediation.
- Maintain knowledge about various business areas supported including their processes dynamics and touch points with other business areas.
- Manage or participate in program research and analysis; planning and development and implementation processes related to projects resulting from federal rule state mandated changes and policy updates.

- Experience with MMIS is required
- Gather and analyze data reason logically and solve problems using common sense and resourcefulness.
- Interact confidently and appropriately with project teams team leadership and IT staff.

- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with others regardless of personality or work style.
- Independently and effectively plan and organize time and prioritize task completion to meet deadlines.
- Understand interpret and apply regulations policies and procedures.

- Organize lead and facilitate project-related meetings as needed.
- Document activities and develop feedback report to communicate project findings and activities.
- Experience in working with MMIS as it relates to testing.
